Located on Andrássy Avenue, HAB (Hungarian Art & Business) will welcome visitors with a special exhibition from September 17: Turning Point. Radical Encounters. The exhibition explores the question of whether we can radically rethink our way of life, and whether we are capable of facing our own turning points.
The exhibition spans a wide spectrum, from Old Masters to contemporary artists. Among the featured names are Turner Prize-winner Mark Wallinger, internationally acclaimed for his cloud installations, Berndnaut Smilde, and Keith Milow, whose work White Story serves as a central source of inspiration. These artworks do not merely invite contemplation – they call the visitor to active inner work, challenging us to confront our own radical transformations.
Art-inspired desserts at Csók Bistro
The exhibition experience is completed at the Csók Bistro, located on the ground floor of HAB, where we welcome guests with two special desserts inspired by the artworks.
Our newest team member, Krisztián Varga, is developing his creativity under the guidance of master pastry chef Péter László, the professional director of both Aranybástya and Csók Bistro. For Krisztián, pastry-making is more than a profession – it is a true form of self-expression.
His love for the arts set him on this path, and that passion is reflected in every dessert he creates. His latest works are precisely the desserts crafted for this exhibition, which showcase not only his professional skill but also his artistic vision.

Vanilla Peach–Raspberry Cloud
This delicate dessert was inspired by Berndnaut Smilde’s cloud installation, which also appears as a central motif on the exhibition poster. It is made of airy vanilla custard mousse, filled with peach cream and fresh raspberries. Its unique twist: just like a fortune cookie, each guest will find a personal message hidden inside.

Chocolate–Caramel Cake
The dessert is inspired by the form and spirit of Keith Milow’s artwork White Story. Layers of silky Belgian chocolate mousse, smooth caramel crémeux, and a cocoa biscuit base come together in this refined, artful creation.
👉 From the very first day of the exhibition, September 17, these desserts will be available at Csók Bistro – but only for a limited time!
Art and brunch in one place
The combination of HAB and Csók Bistro is the perfect choice for a unique program in Budapest, where the inspiring worlds of art and gastronomy meet. Located on Andrássy Avenue, the venue is ideal before or after visiting the exhibition – whether for a light brunch or an afternoon dessert. We warmly welcome everyone – both young and old – to Csók Bistro! 😘💋
