WINE DINNER AT CSÓK BISZTRÓ

Selected wines from the Áts Family Winery and the Balla Géza Winery will accompany each course of the dinner.



Join us for a warm and festive dinner on December 16 at 6:00 PM, where Hungary’s outstanding winemakers will personally present the wines paired with each course.


Adding to the uniqueness of the evening, Károly Áts and Géza Balla will guide our guests through the world of wines, sharing their personal stories and professional insights.

Cold Starter:

Duck liver mousse with brioche and dried fruits


Soup (served in a cup):

Pork ragout soup

Main Courses:

Venison tenderloin with forest fruit sauce and mashed potatoes

Pork tenderloin with grilled vegetables

Confit duck leg with onion-sweet potato

Whole roasted cauliflower with pepper cream and raisin rice

Dessert:

Mango–passion fruit pistachio mousse

Price: 24,900 HUF/person – The price includes the service fee.
