New exhibition: Access Is Off the Beaten Track
The beaten track is a metaphor for habit — for cultural and perceptual conditioning that confines the world to an orderly system of recognizable forms. Beyond it lies a departure from that order: a transgression of the boundaries of perception, knowledge, and meaning, and an exploration of side roads, blind spots, and unfamiliar spaces.
