Divas Day at Csók Bistro
Every Thursday, Csók Bistro is built around the music and flavors of three pop icons.
The special dessert collection was created by pastry chef Krisztián Varga, and in his honor, the songs of the three artists — Taylor Swift, Beyoncé, and Miley Cyrus — play throughout the day at Csók Bistro, located in the HAB (Hungarian Art and Business) art center.
Divas Thursday is both a gastronomic and a musical experience. It expresses the three phases of a woman's emotional journey through sugar, cream, and fruit: longing, overwhelming love, and the joy of finding oneself.

The first piece of the collection is about the magic of the first encounter. That moment when you instantly feel that he's the one, and you have butterflies in your stomach.
What's in it?
On top: raspberry-lychee cream
Inside: lychee jam
Base: lightly lemony cupcake batter
On top: butterfly-shaped tulle decoration
The butterfly decoration is a deliberate reference to that excited, fresh state when you're still longing for someone, and all possibilities are open.

Between two macaron shells: cocoa on the bottom, natural on top
Bottom layer: coffee cremeux
Middle layer: vanilla cream
Inside: redcurrant jam
On top: caramelized white chocolate heart
